The celebration starts when Silicon and Civic family members come together on any occasion. We work hard and enjoy ourselves harder, together! The recent Holi celebration is the epitome of this approach. We had colours of joy, excitement, and laughter all over on March 7, 2023!
It was evening and everyone at Silicon and Civic was thinking of the holiday on the next day (Dhuleti) eagerly. Suddenly, the HR team came on the floor with colours in their hands. All of us were elated and stayed at our desks waiting for their turns to come. A perfect picturesque moment was that indeed!
The team went from desk to desk and applied colours on the faces of each team member along with best wishes for Dhuleti. As team members reciprocated back to the HR team, everyone had memorable, colourful moments!
After that real fun started as all team members gathered in the common plot near the office. No planning, no arrangement, only fun was all around as water was splashed and everyone enjoyed it a lot. Can you see those selfies? They speak louder than words!
