Women’s Day Celebration- We Believe and Live Equality

8 March- This day does not require any introduction thanks to the strength and achievements of women are visible across all facets of life. Recently, we celebrated ‘International Women’s Day’ with a happy and surprising twist! Keeping this year’s theme of ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’ in mind, our enthusiastic HR team has arranged a fantastic event.

In this event, male members of our thriving family have appreciated contribution of their female colleagues in beautiful words and cards with wishing them on their special day! The company and a few male members gave chocolates to female members to make the event more enjoyable! A few female team-mates have also reciprocated the support and cooperation of male co-workers on behalf of the working women fraternity. Finally, Silicon and Civic family gave a token of appreciation to all female team members and our awesome HR team promised all to celebrate the International Men’s Day with the same joy and zeal!

We all are committed to appreciate and motivate female co-workers when giving them free sky for growth. It is in our DNA to nurture the culture of mutual respect and inclusivity. We make sure that every family member feels special in all celebrations!
