Silicon’s team provided Medication and Treatment management for Rural Patients that helps to schedule and attend virtual consultations with medical staff, consult a doctor on disease symptoms through messaging and keep a log of symptoms in the app. The Medication and Treatment management for Medical Staff helps to arrange online appointments and regular checkups for Rural residents, manage patients’ treatment and medication plans, and arrange virtual consultations with other health specialists.

It enables real-time visual interaction among medical professionals and patients. Cloud Data Storage helps store and record the history of video appointments, messages, shared photos, and patients’ health data. Rural Emergency Care helps to manage and process emergency care requests coming from rural patients, edit the list of rural telehealth app users, manage their access limits, and manage staff schedules. Patient Knowledge Base feature provides Maps for nearby pharmacies, first-aid instructions, and self-learning materials on disease prevention, diet, and lifestyle.
