Women’s day celebration

It’s time to celebrate women’s accomplishments and advocate for greater gender equality on the occasion of International Women’s Day with colleagues.

Filled with exciting unique activities arranged especially for the women employees of the company, the celebration brings a day to remember at Silicon and Civic.

We encourage every woman to follow a particular dress code and turn up wearing a beautiful shade of pink. Colours add a dash of life to everything that we do – and what better way to show solidarity with all the women in office?

Everyone loves gifts regardless of where they are on the corporate ladder. So we give gifts to every woman in the office to make them feel special.

We also arranged an employee engagement session where other staff members spoke about the importance of women in the world and urged everyone to celebrate women’s achievements.

International Women’s Day encourages us to take photos to share on social media platforms and spread the message. We create opportunities for our people to take relevant and fun photos to share with their network.

Remember, the International Women’s Day celebration should not come just once a year – everyone should always focus on creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace. All can participate in a celebration and put their best foot forward to work for a highly balanced and involved workforce.
