Smital Sir's Birthday Celebration
July 5 is a special day for our boss Mr. Smital Pandit and a big day for the entire Silicon & Civic family. Yes, it is his birthday, and we celebrate it with high 'josh' every year. What makes this day even more special every year is a pint of surprise that our HR department adds in the celebration!
What has made this birthday special is birthday messages that reflect diversity and vibrancy of our excellent work culture. In a video message, we had birthday messages from different members in Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Sindhi, and Malyalam and more. The video made all of us happy, and Smital Sir happier. But, what made our boss' birthday truly extra special is a little surprise in the last part of the video. We can say it icing on the cake as Smital Sir's wife and beloved daughter wished him that made him overwhelmed.
He cut and distributed birthday cake amid loud cheers and round of applauses from the Silicon and Civic teams. That’s not all! Dalwada and Coca-cola party made the day more memorable. We had a great fun and celebration together on July 5, no wonders, we wait for it every year!
