Smital sir’s birthday celebrations

The birthday celebration of the boss is very special and strengthens the bond between the boss and employees. The birthday is special for all in the office to make individuals feel appreciated and valued. It is a really special attention to the boss from their staff.

We at Silicon also celebrated the boss’s birthday and surprised him with a decorated cabin, colourful balloons, and different party supplies before he entered the office.

We made our boss's birthday quite fun and love hearted by writing a birthday note for him, gathering a group and delivering it with a surprise. These personal messages through sticky notes from all the employees and their loved ones feel very special to him.

Once the boss entered the office, we welcomed him with a lovely fresh flower bouquet with a greeting card. We also placed a large cake with the boss's name and invited his closest ones to the office to feel extra awesome for the day.

The Silicon and Civic family thanked him for being a great leader and supporter and inspiring all to be the best. Working with him each day is truly a gift for all.
