The core objective was to develop an end-to-end, comprehensive solution that can give an omnichannel experience to customers with advanced services. The client wanted to introduce innovative services based on advancing technology. Other objectives include a seamless user experience across mobile and web platforms and customer-friendly features for strengthening presence in the courier and logistics industry.

The client runs operations in 15000+ locations across India. It was difficult to make a centralized platform that tracks daily activities and provides customers with the necessary information in real-time. Other issues were real-time notifications on mobile devices about the status of the courier/parcel.

We converted the desktop-based system to a cloud-based system. We utilized cloud technology to offer an omnichannel experience across different devices.

We integrated third-party tools for improving customer services and also added new invoicing system for channel partner to customer and channel partner to HO (Head Office).
E-filing
This is a new feature for high-value consignment and logistics services. It is useful for paying taxes on such orders online and offering convenience to customers.
Proof of Delivery
It is a new feature that enables the client to get the customer’s confirmation about the order. It is a unique feature that assists the client in monitoring operations and improving services effectively.
Real-time Tracking
It enables customers to track their orders in real-time and get updates about the current location. The client can also monitor the consignment using this feature.
