B.D.E. / Sr. B.D.E. (International)

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Executive / Sr. executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing new & existing business opportunities.

• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

• Coordinating business generation activities.

• Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.

• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.

• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

• Closing sales and working with client through closing process.

• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

• Closing sales and working with client through closing process.

• Meeting or exceeding Quarterly/ Monthly/ annual sales goals.

• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales leads using CRM or equivalent.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

• IT Sales Experience (International).

• Consultative approach to identifying, assessing and prioritizing requirements.

• Good Experience working on portal.

• Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.

• Flexibility, agility and problem solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated and self-directed

• Outbound cold calling, email marketing, analytical skills, prospecting, lead nurturing, strong communication skills are desired.

• Sr. BDE should must have the experience of handling team.
