Hardik Sir’s Birthday

We recently celebrated a birthday of our beloved mentor cum motivator, our Director Mr. Hardik Jani. Though he is our boss at Silicon, we always see him a genuine leader with vision and com-passion for all of us.

We have kept the trend of celebrating his birthday with great fun and zeal this year! Lovely b’day wishes from the core of our hearts, a delicious cake with mouth-watering toppings, and wonderful decorations with elegant ambience, we were ready to greet our boss on his special day on the behalf of Silicon and Civic family!

As he entered the office, we welcomed him with a fresh flower bouquet and a big birthday card that includes best wishes from all of us.

As Hardik Sir entered the workspace for cake cutting, we gave him a big round of applause with a surprise! Some of the members of the Silicon and Civic family greeted him with writing ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’ in their backside.

During and after cake-cutting, we chanted ‘Happy Birthday, Hardik Sir’ with a great enthusiasm. One of our team members dedicated a spiritual Marathi song “Kanada Raja Pandharicha” to him and made the boss’ birthday more memorable. The entire HR team put their heart and soul in making this birthday celebration highly engaging and entertaining. Our effort, joy, and zeal gave our boss mixed feelings of joy and pride.

Samosa Party in the evening made everyone’s day more enjoyable as the Silicon and Civic family had tasty high tea together!
