Silicon IT Hub is All Set to Regulate ‘Five-Day Work Week’ Policy.

Silicon understands the employees’ needs and desires to spend quality time with their loved ones, as well as rejuvenate themselves with self-learning, personal development, hobbies, and much more.

Keeping that in mind, we are pleased to announce that we are about to implement a five days work culture that would be applicable from 1st December 2021. We are about to become one of the few companies in Ahmedabad to regulate the ‘Five-day work week’ policy.

To carry out a five days work culture across the board, the HR team, Management, as well as employees had been working on the reorganization for the past 3-4 months. We were planning to have the perfect NEW YEAR gift for all the employees apart from gifts, sweets, and fun activities.

The goal of any company is to create a workplace where productivity thrives, and Five days working policy helps with that.

Introduction of ‘Five-day work week’ in office promises received a positive response with applause, claps, and uproars. Nothing can be more amazing compared to this along with the joy of the Diwali celebration.

As one of the most auspicious festivals in India, Diwali has huge importance when it comes to workplace celebrations. Welcoming Goddess Lakshmi in the office in this beautiful festival of lights provides the opportunities to set new targets, conquer the evils of work-life, and nurture new friendships. We have decorated the office premises, arranged the best ethnic wear contest, made everyone groove, have a fun photo booth, and made a colorful rangoli.

Companies that actually put their employees first are the exception, not the norm, and Silicon is one of them. We suggest each software development agency adhere to the path of five days work week.
