About Client

The US-based client wanted to make a realtor app that bridges the gap between hiring agents and freelance brokers. This realtor app is aimed at assigning tasks to brokers for showcasing properties to prospective buyers in their respective areas.

Objectives

The client gave a basic idea of developing an app for property dealing where freelance brokers are associated with hiring agents. The client wanted to facilitate hiring agents to assign property showing tasks to brokers and get location data of brokers in real-time.

Problem Statement

Assigning tasks for showcasing properties to freelance brokers was difficult for hiring agents and they had to manage it manually. Another problem was hiring agents could not monitor the broker’s progress after assigning them tasks and failed to know their whereabouts. Organizing property showing with their updates on a centralized scheduling system was a major hurdle.

Real-time Tracking Ensuring accurate location tracking for freelance brokers was challenging. Hiring agents could not find the real-time location of brokers and get the task update.
Proper Scheduling It was a challenge to schedule tasks to avoid conflicts and streamline the property showing process to prospects. Proper scheduling was difficult to manage from both sides.
On-the-go Update Freelance brokers needed to perform their tasks in the same order as hiring agents have assigned. Furthermore, they needed to update task completion on the move.
