International Men's Day Celebration - 2025

Many companies, and even men, spend this day unnoticed every year. This is International Men’s Day, celebrated on November 19. This time, we decided to celebrate this day grandly. The HR department kept a surprise until the last moment, making this day even more special for the male members of the Silicon and Civic family.

This year’s celebration was focused on appreciating the often-overlooked contributions men make every day—from handling responsibilities with dedication to offering support during challenging moments. This salient theme made the day more meaningful for everyone present.

The celebration started with a meditation session, and all of us felt rejuvenated and recharged. The next event was ‘Music Masti,’ in which one of our male team members presented a hilarious parody of some well-known Bollywood singers. It was like old songs with a new and comic touch. Then came the best part of the celebration! A few female members, including HR, expressed their gratitude for their male colleagues.

The next session started with a photoshoot in the evening. After enjoying every moment on the premises, the company gave a token of appreciation to every male member of the Silicon & Civic family. Though many men have no idea about the day, the company made it memorable by celebrating in style! Our inclusivity and integrity make every celebration more special and give us moments to cherish!
